TRANSFORMED MIND FOR TERRITORIAL TRANSFORMATION – Part LIV
Romans 12:1-2 - “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
2 Peter 1:2-4 - “Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
Numbers 23:19 - “God is not a man, that He should lie,
Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
The Realisation of God’s Promises
(personal, corporate, conditional, generational)
🌳1. The Will of God
The Will of God = The GPS Destination
Just like you can't arrive without first entering the correct destination, you can't realise God's promises unless you're aligned with His will.
The GPS represents the sovereign blueprint of God.
The Personal/Specific Will(What God is saying now)
- Concerns where to live, who to marry, which job to take, etc.
- Requires discernment, prayer, and maturity.
God’s will is the foundation of all His promises
> “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.”
– 1 John 5:14
🌳2. Faith
Faith is the activator of promises. Without it, nothing moves.
> “Without faith it is impossible to please God…”
– Hebrews 11:6
The car doesn’t start without a key or push-to-start ignition. Faith is what starts the journey.
- You may have a full tank and a mapped route, but without faith, you're going nowhere.
- It doesn’t matter how powerful the car is; no faith = no movement.
> “The just shall live by faith.”
– Romans 1:17
7 Key Dimensions of Faith
🍀1. Faith as Belief (Intellectual/Heart Agreement)
This is the foundational dimension—believing in who God is and what He has said.
- It includes mental agreement with God’s Word.
- It’s essential, but on its own, it’s incomplete.
Scripture:
“He who comes to God must believe that He is…” – Hebrews 11:6a
“Even demons believe—and tremble!” – James 2:19
> This is faith that acknowledges truth but may not yet act on it.
🍀2. Faith as Trust (Relational Confidence)
Goes beyond belief to personal reliance—it’s resting in God’s character.
- It's relational: “God, I trust not just what You say, but who You are.”
- Often developed through experience with God’s faithfulness.
Scripture:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart…” – Proverbs 3:5
> This is the faith that walks with God even in the dark.
🍀3. Faith as Obedience (Applied Alignment)
Biblical faith always results in obedience. If faith doesn’t move you, it’s not alive.
Scripture:
“By faith Abraham obeyed…” – Hebrews 11:8
“Faith without works is dead.” – James 2:17
> This is faith that takes action in alignment with God’s word and will.
4. Faith as Sight (Spiritual Perception)
Faith enables you to see into the unseen. It is spiritual vision beyond physical evidence.
Scripture:
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” – Hebrews 11:1
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” – 2 Corinthians 5:7
> This is faith that perceives the invisible as more real than the visible.
🍀5. Faith as a Shield (Spiritual Defense)
Faith protects us from fear, doubt, and demonic attacks.
Scripture:
“Above all, take up the shield of faith…” – Ephesians 6:16
> This is faith that defends against spiritual attack and internal accusation.
🍀6. Faith as a Gift (Divinely Imparted Empowerment)
There are moments when God imparts supernatural faith beyond your normal capacity—often for miracles, risk, or crisis.
Scripture:
“…to another faith by the same Spirit…” – 1 Corinthians 12:9
“Through faith… they quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword…” – Hebrews 11:33–34
> This is the surge of Spirit-empowered faith for breakthrough moments.
🍀7. Faith as Endurance (Persevering Trust)
True faith is not just explosive, it’s enduring. This is the dimension of faith that waits, suffers, and still believes.
Scripture:
“By faith… they died, not having received the promise, but saw it afar off…” – Hebrews 11:13
“The testing of your faith produces endurance.” – James 1:3
> This is the faith that survives delay, disappointment, and detours.
Faith is within man’s capacity to grow and exercise. Jesus often said, “Your faith has made you well.”
It's not the strength of your belief that moves mountains—it’s the object of your belief. Even weak faith in a strong God still works.
→ Manageable through intentional cultivation.
