Speak into the Void - When Faith, God’s word, and creative power converge
1. Genesis 1:1-2
> In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness [a]was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
2. Romans 4:17
> (As it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did.
3. Ezekiel 37
Faith Nuggets
🍀 1. Faith Begins Where Human Sight Ends
- Ezekiel saw “very dry bones” — the clearest sign of irreversible death.
- Yet faith begins in the place of impossibility.
Mystery: Faith is not blind optimism, but the ability to see God’s possibility where human vision sees only finality (2 Corinthians 5:7).
🍀 2. Faith Does Not Presume — It Partners
- God asked Ezekiel: “Can these bones live?”
- Ezekiel did not presume or predict — he surrendered: “Lord, You know.”
Mystery: Faith is not forcing outcomes, but aligning with the will and word of God.
🍀 3. Faith Speaks Before It Sees
- God commands Ezekiel to prophesy to bones — to speak to what cannot hear, cannot respond, cannot live.
Mystery: Faith-filled words precede visible reality. Speaking is the act of planting God’s creative seed into the void (Romans 4:17, Hebrews 11:3).
🍀 4. Faith Works in Stages, Not Instant Perfection
- First: bones rattled and came together.
- Then: sinews, flesh, and skin appeared.
- Finally: breath entered them.
Mystery: Faith doesn’t always manifest instantly; it unfolds progressively, testing perseverance and patience (Habakkuk 2:3).
🍀 5. Faith Requires Prophecy + Spirit
- Structure without breath was not enough — the bodies were complete but lifeless until the Spirit entered.
Mystery: Faith is not just human declaration; it requires the breath of God (the Holy Spirit) to animate what has been built (Zechariah 4:6).
🍀 6. Faith Turns Graves Into Armies
- The dry bones became a vast army.
Mystery: God transforms the most hopeless situations into platforms of power. Faith does not just restore what was lost; it multiplies it into Kingdom purpose.
Let’s Pray🔥
“Lord, teach me to speak life into dry bones in my life, ministry, and creativity. Where I see death, give me faith to prophesy. Where I see emptiness, give me eyes to see Your army rising. Breathe on every abandoned dream, and let resurrection power turn graves into platforms for Your glory.”
