Then He spoke a parable to them , that men always ought to pray and not lose heart.
Ps103:1-5
Bless the lord O my soul; and all that is within me bless His holy name
Bless the lord O my soul and forget not all His benefits:
Who forgives you all your iniquities
Who heals all your diseases
Who redeemes your life from destruction
Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies
Who satisfies your moth with good things
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s
Ps55:16-17
As for me I will call upon God
And the lord shall save me
Evening and morning and noon
I will pray and cry aloud and He shall hear my voice
He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me.
For there are many against me,
James5:13-16;19
Is any among you suffering?Let him pray.
Is anyone cheerful let him sing psalms
Is any one among you sick, let him call for the elders of the church
and let them pray over him , anointing him with oil in the name of the lord.
And the prayer of faith will save the sick and the lord will raise him up.
And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven
Confess your trespasses to one another and pray for one another, that ye may be healed
The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
Brethren if any one among you wanders from the truth and someone turns him back
, let him know that he who turns
a sinner from the error of his way
will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.
