A *Headhunter*, or executive recruiter, is an individual or company hired by an employer to recruit talent for an open role.

 

*Mark 1:35-37* - “And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. 36 And Simon and they that were with him followed after him. 37 And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee.”

 

All men seek for you because:

1. There are men programmed to seek you. 

 

*John 6:44* - “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him [giving him the desire to come to Me]…”

 

2. There is an investment of God in you seeking expression. You are a solution provider. The gift, the potential in you which is undergoing development, is seeking to bring you before kings and to make room for you. Remember, you have the spiritual DNA of God.

 

*Mark 1:32-34* - “At evening, when the sun had set, they brought to Him all who were sick and those who were demon-possessed. 33 And the whole city was gathered together at the door. 34 Then He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons; and He did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew Him.”

 

*1 John 4:4* - “*You are of God*, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.”

 

3. You have been sent to represent a Kingdom and to bring its reality to the world, just as Jesus Christ, the Son of God, did. You are part of a grand program.

 

*Romans 8:19* - “For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship].”

 

*Reflections*

1. What if the outcome of what you are currently contending against is one of the solutions men have been programmed to seek you for?

 

*Mark 1:9-12* - “It came to pass in those days that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptised by John in the Jordan. 10 And immediately, coming up from the water, He saw the heavens parting and the Spirit descending upon Him like a dove. 11 Then a voice came from heaven, “You are My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Immediately the Spirit drove Him into the wilderness. 13 *And He was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted by Satan, and was with the wild beasts*; and the angels ministered to Him.”

 

*Mark 1:36-37* - “And Simon and those who were with Him searched for Him. 37 When they found Him, they said to Him, “*Everyone is looking for You*.”

 

Father, help me to maintain in the Secret Place so that Your enduring power may continue to flow through me. As I wait on You, strengthen me so that I can mount up with wings as eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint. Let Your work be perfected in me so I can bring the reality of heaven to my world IJN.

 

2. What if the power to overcome which was invested in you and the positional privilege are programmed to be revealed in your affliction?

 

*Philippians 2:5-9* - “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 8 *And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him…*”

 

*2 Corinthians 4:17* - “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.”

 

*Prayer Point 2*

Father, let the same mind that was in Christ be in me. Let my thoughts be focused on Him. Let my eyes be fixed on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects my faith. Let Your power that overcomes be revealed in my affliction as you promised in *1 John 5:4* - “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.”

 

3. What if the affliction, trials and tribulation you are presently experiencing is simply a training ground, so that when you overcome and are declared victorious, you can have dominion over forces that once afflicted you?

 

*Philippians 2:8-11* - 8 *And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross*. 

 

9 *Therefore God also has highly exalted Him… and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth*, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

Father, let there outflow through me a grace that all men seek. As I come in contact with those you have assigned to me, let Your power and anointing be released through me into their situations. Confirm Your word with compelling signs and wonders in my life, relationship, career, marketplace and in my ministry IJN.
