Let us adore the maker for he is good. 

In all we have received look into your lives and see how good our God is . He has enabled you to put food on the table and protected your family. 

Let’s not worship him only because we receive good things , instead We worship him because he is the one who Took the first step towards our relationship. 

 

We are in a nation that is peaceful and secure . I say we are blessed . But blessing can mean differently for different people , depending on their circumstances. 

For some ability to put food on the table is a blessing, for some ability to educate their children is a blessing , for some just the ability to be able to breathe is a blessing . 

 

Proverbs 3:5-6

 

Trust in the LORD with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to him,

and he will make your paths straight.

 

“He has your back “. 

 

Joshua 1:9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”

 

Let us adore God for who he is . Look back on you lived and thank him for all he has done in your lives. Look back on circumstances and name them as you thank the lord for helping tide over situations . 

Praise him for the achievements you have made . Look back at those achievements and personally name them as you praise God who is the sole person who is responsible for it to have come to pass. 

 

2. Praying for those who are mourning:

I was impelled today to bring our hearts to together to pray for those who have lost a near or dear one. 

Different people have different capacities to handle grief. 

At work I realised that not very smiling face is happy in the spirit. ( Shree on how we were able to pray for our manager who list her brother)

Nothing in life can prepare us for the death of a loved one. Whether death results from a sudden accident or a sustained illness, it always catches us off-guard. Death is so deeply personal and stunningly final; nothing can emotionally prepare us for its arrival. With every death, there is a loss. And with every loss, there will be grief.

 

The presence of the Lord is the sole strength that can help us tide over the most significant earthly loss. 

 

Psalms 34:18

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted

and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

 

Matthew 11:28-30

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

 

Prayer:

If any one has a need for pray to overcome grief due to a personal loss. Please raise your hands . 

Let us pray for the people who are grieving about a personal loss. 

Writhe it is a loss of a loved one , a relationship and article , a job . 

Let us join to pray for the grieving souls that the presence of God will uplift their spirits and their souls may be able to perceive the light in the end of the tunnel. Yes their souls may be able to see the silver Lining because of the presence of God. 

 

 

3. Prayer for travels and family:

I believe that in this next week the school term comes to an end. Children will be spending more time with parents and many will be travelling. 

I this time let the presence of God guide our paths that there will be a Godly encounter wherever we go.

He guides me along the right pathsfor his name’s sake.Even though I walk through the darkest valley,I will fear no evil,for you are with me;your rod and your staff,they comfort me.

 

Deuteronomy 31:8

The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

 

 

Let us pray :

- For a Godly  presence in our family as we spend time with our children. Pray that the Lord may guide our thoughts and actions to cultivate atmospheres where ever we are that will teach our children about the values of God and not the world. 

- I believe some may be travelling . Let us pray for the presence of God to go with them as they travel and that every need be taken care of in Gods perfect plan in their travels.

- Let us pray for his protection as they travel .Let there be an encounter with God where ever he guides them to.
