You are part of the most powerful organisation in the universe and most of you are unaware of this!

 

1. God is Sovereign. He is at the head of this organisation.

 

*2 Samuel 7:22* “How great you are, *Sovereign Lord*! There is no one like you, and there is no God but you, as we have heard with our own ears.”

 

*PHASE 1*

 

2. Man was created in the image and according the likeness of God. God created an earthly body for Man and made him become a living being.

 

*John 1:3* - “All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light men.

 

*Genesis 1:26* - “Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion…”

 

3. God is Spirit. So when the Trinity convened to make man in “Our image, according to Our likeness…”, Man was made to have a spirit, not a physical composition, like God. God is Light, so He made Man light too (Refer to the devotion “I am light.”).

 

4. Why create an earthly body for man? For man to have a access and right to the earth God created for him, He needed to provide a legal body for man. Hence, He created the earthly body for man of the material (dust of the ground) here on earth and made the body to house man’s spirit.

 

*Genesis 2:7* - “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.”

 

5. Satan, a spirit, planned to deceive man however he needed a body on earth to transact business with Eve, hence took the form of the serpent.

 

*Genesis 3:1* - “Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”

 

6. *A spirit only have legal access and right to operate on earth provided the spirit is housed in a body*. Without a man’s spirit, his body is dead, non-functional, and rejoins the dirt of the earth. So primarily, you are a spirit, you have a soul, and you live in a body!

 

*James 2:26* - “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead.”

 

7. In *Genesis 3*, the Bible records that man - the first Adam - fell when he succumbed to the deception of Satan. The Word (the second Person of the Trinity) had the assignment of coming to the world in the form of man - the second Adam - to restore man back to His Father.

 

*PHASE 2*

 

8. Because God is Righteous and that the wages of sin is death, the second Adam, granted the assignment to restore man back to God, needed to die and shed is blood for the restitution of sin and the sin of the human race.

 

9. Therefore, it is expected that the Word, a Spirit, will abide by the same principle of needing an earthly body to have legal access and right to transact business on earth. Hence, he took the likeness of man.

 

*Philippians 2:6-7* - “Who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, *and coming in the likeness of men*. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.”

 

10. *John 1:1-2; 14* - “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God…14 *And the Word became flesh* and dwelt among us, and beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.”

 

11. The Word, who became flesh - Jesus Christ - had the full power of God’s Spirit.

 

*John 3:34* - “For since He Whom God has sent speaks the words of God [proclaims God’s own message], God does not give Him His Spirit sparingly or by measure, but boundless is the gift God makes of His Spirit!”

 

12. Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God.

 

*Colossians 1:12-16* - “giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. 13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.15 *He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation*. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.”

 

13. Jesus Christ took our place on the cross of Calvary and died for our sins and gave to us, in exchange, eternal life. Because he was obedient to the point of death, God has highly exalted Jesus Christ.

14. The risen Christ has been given all power and all things are now under His feet.

 

*Ephesians 1:20-21* - “Which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 *far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come*.”

 

15. Fast forward to Jesus Christ, just before the Passover Festival, addressing the disciples about His plans after He is received back to heaven.

 

*John 14:16-17* - “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 *the Spirit of truth*…”

 

*PHASE 3*

 

16. But we have another conundrum - the Father will send the Holy Spirit. Following earlier principle, the Holy Spirit will need a body to have legal access and rights to operate on earth. Therefore, Jesus Christ said to the disciple…

 

17. *Acts 1:4-5* - “And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; 5 for John truly baptised with water, but you shall be baptised with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”

 

18. Having received the gift of the Holy Spirit from the Father, the disciples now became the body of Christ vested with authority to have dominion here on earth as Jesus Christ, who now is the Head of the body was, when He was on earth.

 

*1 Corinthians 12:12; 27* - “For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ…27  *Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually*.”

 

*Colossians 1:18* - “And *He is the head of the body, the church*, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.”

 

19. All the power given to Jesus Christ is now ours - the body of Christ - through a delegated authority.

 

*Ephesians 1:19-22* - “And what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 

 

21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. 22 *And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all*.”

 

20. You and I are part of the body of Christ and hence the Church. *If we are part, then we are a member of the most powerful organisation in the universe, not only in this age but also in that which is to come*.

 

*Ephesians 3:6* - “That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel.”

 

*Ephesians 5:23, 30* - “For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body…30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones.”

 

21. So how is our delegated authority in Christ activated? Through the power of unity and agreement.

 

*1 Corinthians 1:10* - “Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.”

 

22. One individual cannot represent the body of Christ. It takes two or more, and there needs to be agreement and unity. This is the power of unity, similar to the power of the Trinity!

 

*Matthew 18:19-20* - “Again I say to you that if *two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven*. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”

 

23. Because we are more than two, MAGH represents the Church, and therefore members of the body of Christ. We receive and activate the authority Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church, has given to us. And we walk in dominion as we perform and carry out the will of our Father, who gave His Son to die on the cross of Calvary, be raised up and therefore became the firstborn over all creations. 

 

*Colossians 1:16-17* - “For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.”

 

24. Therefore, I declare, I am a member of the body of Christ, the Church, the most powerful organisation in this world and the world to come. I know who I am and I exercise my authority in Christ IJN.
