Philippians 3:7-11 - “But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ.

Father, I thank you for the immeasurable grace to know You and to experience the exceeding greatness of Your power in every area of my life. IJN
Understanding moderating and mediating variables of spiritual concepts
A mediating variable (or mediator) explains the process through which two variables are related, while a moderating variable (or moderator) affects the strength and direction of that relationship.
Belief as a mediator of power
Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energises you.
Mark 9:23 declares “Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.””
Faith as a mediator of power, and belief as a mediator of prayer
I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of this immense power as it works through you! This is the mighty power. (Ephesians 1:19 TPT)
Mark 11:24 declares “This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer—be convinced that you have received it and it will be yours.”
Prayer as a moderator of power
And I pray that he would unveil within you the unlimited riches of his glory and favour until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with his divine might and explosive power. (Ephesians 3:16 TPT)
Your Identity, and belief as a mediator of the authority you possess
Now you understand that I have imparted to you my authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will harm you as you walk in this authority. However, your real source of joy isn’t merely that these spirits submit to your authority, but that your names are written in the journals of heaven and that you belong to God’s kingdom. This is the true source of your authority.”
Then Jesus, overflowing with the Holy Spirit’s joy, exclaimed, “Father, thank you, for you are Lord Supreme over heaven and earth! You have hidden the great revelation of this authority from those who are proud, those wise in their own eyes, and you have shared it with these who humbled themselves. Yes, Father. This is what pleases your heart: to give these things to those who are like trusting children. (
