I. Understanding Warfare  

Mark 3:27AMP - “But no one can go into a strong man’s house and ransack his household goods right and left and seize them as plunder unless he first binds the strong man; then indeed he may [thoroughly] plunder his house.” 

 

Matthew 16:19AMP - I will give you the keys (authority) of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind [forbid, declare to be improper and unlawful] on earth will have [already] been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose [permit, declare lawful] on earth will have [already] been loosed in heaven.”

II. Understanding God’s Ways  

Deuteronomy 31:8 *- “And the LORD, He is the *One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”  

 

Isaiah 45:2-3 - “I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze And cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness And hidden riches of secret places, That you may know that I, the LORD, Who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel.”  

 

Deuteronomy 2:24 - “Arise, set out, and cross the Arnon Valley. See, I have delivered into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to take possession of it and engage him in battle. 

 

25 This very day I will begin to put the dread and fear of you upon all the nations under heaven. They will hear the reports of you and tremble in anguish because of you.”

 

Blueprint for victory  

1. Visualise: See,… 

 

2. Expect: I have delivered into your hand Simon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Believe in what God has done

 

> When the captures a territory, he rules over the king (leadership) and the land (people and resources).

 

3. Be convinced: Begin to take possession of it. 

Mark 11:24TPT - “This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer—be convinced that you have received it and it will be yours.” 

 

4. Fight: Engage in battle. Stand, and fight the good fight of faith.

III. Understanding Your Identity, Mandate, and Authority 

Mark 16:15-18 – “And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 

16 He that believes and is baptised shall be saved; but he who does not believe  shall be condemned.

17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 

18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
