Devotion Scripture: Exodus 14:10-12 AMP‬‬‬‬‬‬ 

 

 FEAR 

[10] As Pharaoh approached, the Israelites looked up and saw the Egyptians marching after them, and they were very frightened ; so the Israelites cried out to the Lord.

 

 Fear holds us back. It prevents us from taking risks, pursuing opportunities, and reaching our full potential. It can keep us stuck in a comfort zone that may not be truly fulfilling and can limit our growth and progress in life. 

 

 Prayer over spirit of Fear 

 

 Ex 14:13-14 AMP‬‬‬ - Personified [13] Then Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid! Take your stand [be firm and confident and undismayed] and see the salvation of the Lord which He will accomplish for you today; for those Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see again. [14] The Lord will fight for you while you [only need to] keep silent and remain calm.”

 

‭ 2 Timothy 1:7 AMP‬  [7] For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].

 

 DOUBT 

 [11] Then they said to Moses, “Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? What is this that you have done to us by bringing us out of Egypt? 

 

 Doubt paralyses us. It can cause us to question our abilities, second-guess our decisions, and hesitate to take action, leading to inaction and missed opportunities. 

 

 Prayer over spirit of Doubt 

 

 Acts 4:12 AMP‬‬‬‬ [12] And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among people by which we must be saved [for God has provided the world no alternative for salvation].” 

 

‭ Colossians 4:2 AMP‬ [2] Be persistent and devoted to prayer, being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. ‬

 

Father we raise faith like size of mustard seed (by God’s will) to shift situations in the spiritual realm (Math 17:20), elevating only God’s name over every discouraging  thoughts (Php 2:9-11) and allowing ONLY God to be the author & finisher of our story (Heb 12:2)

 

 REGRESSION 

[12] Did we not say to you in Egypt, ‘Leave us alone; let us serve the Egyptians ?’ For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians [as slaves] than to die in the wilderness.” 

 

 Regression  prevents us from moving forward and making progress in our missions. We’re tempted to revert to old patterns, habits, or ways of thinking that may be harmful or unproductive 

 

 Prayer over  spirit of regression 

 

Denounce the spirit of settling for less because of The Red Sea in front of you. 

 

‭ Psalms 51:10 AMP‬ Personified- [10]  create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a right and steadfast spirit within me.  ‭ knowing and believing that (Philippians 4:13 NKJV‬) I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Those people who know their God shall be strong and carry out great  exploits.  Daniel 11:32b
