The apostles understood the importance and power of grace and peace in the lives of God's people. At the beginning of each of the epistles Paul wrote to the church - 1 Corinthians 1:3; Philippians 1:2; Colossians 1:2, you would find expressions such as the one in Romans  1:7, ... Grace to you and peace from God our father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. You also see the same with Peter and John; they understood the significance of grace and peace. Multiplied grace in your life means increased capacity, speed, and accuracy to perform. It means more favours and greater excellence in your life with prosperity, dominion and power over adversity.

Apostle Peter's introductory comment in his first epistle to the church reads; Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the ... Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father... Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. In Peter's second epistle to the church, also in his introductory comment, Peter pinpoints how this grace and peace can be multiplied in your life: it's through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord: 2 Peter 1:2 - Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord.

For grace and peace to be multiplied in your life, you have a key role to play. You have to have the knowledge of God, "epignosis" which is the correct and precise knowledge; a knowlegde that relates with that which is known. It's up to us how much prosperity with peace you want to enjoy. God has already shown us what to do in order to multiply grace and peace in our lives. He wants us to know Him more intimately. Study and meditate on His Word. Be deliberate about this. Recall Joshua 1:8 gives us God's instruction for our prosperity and success, an instruction that transcends the old and new testaments. It says this Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. This speaks about how we can obtain the precise knowledge and will of God to multiply grace and peace for us.

2. Ezekiel 22:30 And I sought a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it, but I found none.
