Testimony
Mathew was a trained driver of a pilot vehicle escorting trucks with abnormal loads on the roads of WA.
Like the way he guided the drivers of the truck’s on the road as he drove the pilot vehicle, he lived his life guided by the Holy Spirit.
On the 03/12/2023 his mission was accomplished on this earth as he was piloted back to be with our Lord at the age of 50.
This was a man I did not know but spoke with him (making contact to invite him to MAGH) on the phone and at that time he was a long way from home pilot leading an abnormal load.
We had planned to meet when he got back home but it did not happen.
Instead I had to attend his funeral.
As I listened to the speakers , the Holy Spirit lead me to reflect on my own life as I endured the turbulence like Matthew thus surrendering totally to God to be my Pilot,
Let God be your pilot for 2024 and beyond
The word of God teaches us that we do not obsess over the necessities of Life.
When we trust in Jesus our lives are guided by the Holy Spirit in the same way as Mathew guided the drivers of those trucks (they depended on him to reach their destination safely)
When we trust Jesus , our lives are guided by the Holy Spirit in much the same way as a pilot flying us as passengers in an aircraft. Even though we are unaware of the training level of the pilot, or the condition of the aircraft, we buckle our seat belt and enjoy the flight . Yes we put our trust in the pilot to get us to where we are going.
As followers of Jesus, we learn to Trust God.
Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”
ALLOWING GOD TO BE YOUR GUIDE AND PILOT BEGINS WITH A COMMITMENT OF TRUST
As we journey through life in 2024 , in turbulence, in the storms , in challenges as we navigate situations let God be your PILOT.
His word clearly says
When you pass through the waters,I will be with you and when you pass through the rivers,they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned , the flames will not set you ablaze.
Note: it’s not if you, its when you .
None of us are immune from the challenges of life.
The words water, rivers and fire talks about the severity of the situation.It can either drown you or leave a scar in you.
The promise is not that we will be protected from it but be protected in it.
Hold on to the challenges in life and put your trust in him,
For if god is with us who can be against us
For 2024 and beyond remember the word of God ( Philippians 4:6-7 )that played out in my life in real time as I surrendered totally to him to be my Pilot when I needed the extension of my life on this earth.
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Prayer

Ask God to lead you. Commit to trust him and follow him wherever he leads you as your Pilot 
Ask God to let you in on what He wants to do in your life in this year of 2024 and beyond
God is in Control
Worrying on an airplane will not change the the condition of the aircraft or change the weather conditions or improve the pilots skill.It is of no use worrying.
Constantly concerning yourself with the direction your life is traveling, is also a waste of time. God is in control when you place your faith in Jesus and seek the will of God in all that you do, you can be certain to land safely in the kingdom of God.

ALWAYS REMEMBER
Grapes must be crushed to make wine
Diamonds form under pressure
Olives are pressed to release oil
Seeds grow in darkness
Whenever you feel crushed, under pressure,pressed or in darkness , you are in a powerful place of transformation.
