it is important FOR us  TO MEET GOD IN THE MORNING

 IF we want to have a good day. Jesus got up early in the morning to pray, according to

Mark 1:35. 

”The next morning, Jesus got up long before daylight, left the house while it was dark, and made his way to a secluded place to give himself to prayer.

 

“Meeting with God is not an appointment on a clock but an appointment in your heart,

 

Here we find  King David  saying, "My voice You shall hear in the morning, LoRD; in the morning I will direct it to You, and will look up" (v. 3).  what does it means direct it to You, (v. 3) it means When God  looks on you at the beginning of your day,

Jesus  look on you as a priest who has come to offer Him sacrifices of praise? 

 

Early in the morning  we will  meet with the Lord. Meeting with God is not an appointment on a clock but an appointment in your heart,

 

Does God hear your voice in the morning? 

 

what does it means— "to order my prayer." It means to arrange the sacrifice on the altar.

When you wake up in the morning, remind yourself that you are one of God's priests. 

 

How did you become a priest? Through faith in Jesus Christ. 

 

(Rev 1:5-6).

 

”and from Jesus Christ the Faithful Witness, the Firstborn from among the dead and the ruling King, who rules over the kings of the earth! 

 

Now to the one  GOD Jesus who constantly loves us and has loosed us from our sins by his own blood, thank you Jesus

 

and to the one who has appointed us as a kingdom of priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and dominion throughout the eternity of eternities! Amen!“

Revelation 1:5-6 TPT

 

You're one of God's priests. That means wherever you are,  is God's temple, because your body is His temple.

 

The first thing we do in the morning is the first thing the high priest used to do every morning. 

 

He chop  the fire Wood.  He prepared the altar. He laid the burnt offering on the altar.

 

The priests played the significant role of standing guard in God's house, making sacrifices for God's people, and instructing the people so that they could enjoy God's blessings. 

When priests did their job, God blessed their people, but when they failed, God's curses fell on them.

 

The burnt offering is a picture of total dedication to God. If you want to have a good day, start by giving yourself to the Lord as a burnt offering a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God

 

The big difference between the burned offering and other offering is that the entire animal is burn on the altar, symbolising, total commitment or surrendered to God

 

Why does God ask for sacrifice?

Sacrifice is the death of one thing so something else can have a new life. What makes the Gospel such good news is that God solves the problem of death, not by demanding the death of everything touched by the stain of evil but by offering himself instead. The result of Jesus's sacrifice means new life for us all. 

 

Lets pray and ask God that we 100% commit to God and become a living sacrifice for his purpose 

 

Rom. 12:1 

”Beloved friends, what should be our proper response to God’s marvellous mercies? To surrender yourselves to God. to be his sacred, living sacrifices.

 

 And live in holiness, experiencing all that delights his heart. For this becomes your genuine expression of worship.“

 

How do we delight God's heart 

 

Having full trust in God, which is pleasing to Him, and believing that He is capable of doing anything there is. 

 

We have complete confidence in our hearts that what we trust God for  that it will take place! Declaring without any doubt it shall come to past

 

Mark 11: 24 Jesus said 

”Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

 

Please God •  We believe that God exits and that he reward us.

Seek God then the Kingdom of God And His  righteousness 

Psalm 118:24

This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.’

 

- Each day is a gift that comes to us from the Lord.

- Some days are easier than others, but each day is given to us to use for His glory.

- Each day brings new opportunities and new grace and mercy.

- You do not need to fear, because with each new day’ THE HOLY SPIRIT IS with you.

A good day begins  at the altar.You as a priest 

 

 Yahweh,Thank you for listening to my passionate prayer! Can’t you hear my groaning? Don’t you hear how I’m crying out to you? My King and my God, consider my every word, for I am calling out to you. 

 

At each and every sunrise you will hear my voice as I prepare my sacrifice of prayer to you.

 

 Every morning I lay out the pieces of my life on the altar and wait for your fire to fall upon my heart. 

 

The fire of God burns but it does not destroy  it energies us ,encourage us comfort us 

 

The blood of Jesus Clean us form all unrighteousness 

 

But I know that you will welcome me into your house, for I am covered by your covenant of mercy and love.

 

So I come to your sanctuary with deepest awe to bow in worship and adore you. Yahweh, lead me in the pathways of your pleasure just like you promised me you would, or else my enemies will conquer me. Smooth out your road in front of me, straight and level, so that I will know where to walk.

 

I know that you, God, are never pleased with lawlessness, and evil ones will never be invited into your house.. You will make an end of all those who lie. How you hate  all who love violence! Their words are unreliable. Destruction is in their hearts, drawing people into their darkness with their speeches. They are smooth-tongued deceivers, flattering with their words. Declare them guilty, O God! Let their own schemes be their downfall! Let the guilt of their sins collapse on top of them, for they rebel against you

 Oh God but you are mercy full may they repent and turn to you at the cross of JESUS to be forgiven TODAY is the day of salvation.

 

 this happens when we pray as Gods Priest  for people and the KINGDOM of God TO come 

Lets pray for people to repent.

 

But let them all be glad, those who turn aside to hide themselves in you. May they keep shouting for joy forever! 

 

Overshadow them in your presence as they sing and rejoice. Then every lover of your name will burst forth with endless joy.

 

 Lord, how wonderfully you bless the righteous. Your favour wraps around each one and covers them under your canopy of kindness and joy.“When  we as priests  pray for our families  friends work etc

 

Isaiah 50:4-5

 

4 The Sovereign LORD has given me a well-instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed. 5 The Sovereign LORD has opened my ears; I have not been rebellious, I have not turned away.
