Hebrews 12v1-2
The 5 Essential Roads Every Man Must Travel On.
As Christians, we are called to transform our minds to achieve territorial transformation.
In Hebrews 12:1-2, we are reminded to "lay aside every weight and sin" and "run with endurance the race that is set before us." To achieve this, we must travel five essential roads:
1. The Road to Bethlehem: Recognizing His Lordship (Luke 2:15)
We begin our journey by acknowledging the lordship of Jesus Christ. Just as the shepherds hastened to Bethlehem to worship the newborn King, we must surrender our lives to His authority.
2. The Road to the Wilderness: Overcoming Temptation (Luke 4:5)
As we journey through the wilderness, we face temptation and testing. Like Jesus, we must resist the devil's schemes and emerge victorious, relying on God's Word and Spirit.
3. The Road to Jericho: Healing from Hurts and Wounds (Luke 10:30)
On the road to Jericho, we confront our hurts and wounds. Like the Good Samaritan, we must allow God to heal our emotional and spiritual wounds, and then extend that healing to others.
4. The Road to the Cross: Dying to the Flesh (Luke 9:51)
The road to the cross demands that we die to our fleshly desires and ambitions. As Jesus set His face toward Jerusalem, we too must surrender our will to God's, embracing the cross and its transformative power.
5. The Road to Patmos: Exploring Divine Revelations (Revelation 1:9, 4:1-9)
Finally, we arrive at the road to Patmos, where we experience divine explorations and revelations. Like John, we must be willing to receive God's visions and insights, and then share them with others to transform our territories.
As we travel these five roads, we will experience a transformed mind, equipped to bring territorial transformation.
Will you join me gentlemen on this journey?
